Janice Long has been a Real Estate Agent in St. Augustine since 2019 when she joined forces with Peggy Gachet. Her real estate career started in 2005 when she worked for a real estate firm and residential home developer in Key West, FL. From 2005 to 2014 Janice excelled in property sales, marketing, and construction coordination for the Key West firm. Janice is a native of Atlanta, GA, and where for 27 years she was an IT technology sales and leasing consultant and earned a reputation as a trusted advisor and customer relationship professional.

 

Janice found her home in St. Augustine after moving to the city with her late husband in 2014. She joined forces with Peggy Gachet in 2019 and together they have formed a dynamic team committed to serving the St. Augustine community. Janice and Peggy find fulfillment in helping families find their forever home or transition to the next phase of their lives, forging lasting friendships along the way.

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Janice is deeply engaged in her community, serving in leadership roles for various organizations. She is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Key West and has served as Treasurer for the Rotary Club of St. Augustine Sunset. Additionally, she plays an active role as a Board member for the Flagler College Women of Vision, which provides scholarships to female college students through fundraising efforts. Janice's philanthropic spirit also supports numerous other charitable groups, embodying her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
