Meet John Stickle, your dedicated real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in identifying value and trends in both the financial industry and the real estate market. Originally hailing from the fast-paced world of floor trading on THE New York Board of Trade, I transitioned into the culinary arts, graduating as a certified chef and eventually opening a highly successful restaurant in Spring Lake, NJ. Through this venture, I cultivated strong relationships with local business patrons, many of whom were real estate professionals.

After selling my restaurant, I found my true calling in real estate, drawn to the opportunity to continue fostering connections within the community while helping individuals find their perfect homes. My journey brought me to the beautiful shores of St. Augustine Beach, a place I've had a deep connection to since my college days at Jacksonville University in the 80s. Inspired by my parents' love for St. Augustine, I made the decision to relocate here full-time two years ago.

In addition to my real estate endeavors, I am an active member of Marsh Creek Country Club and am in the process of joining the Elks Lodge. When I'm not assisting clients or participating in community activities, you can often find me on the golf course, indulging my passion for the game, or exploring the culinary scene as a self-proclaimed foodie.
