About Peggy Gachet

Peggy Gachet is a seasoned Broker Associate with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a former Managing Broker for an office of 44 agents, she has witnessed the ups and downs of the market, navigating each phase with resilience and expertise. Peggy's strong work ethic was instilled in her from a young age, having been raised on a farm in Alabama. She is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.

 

For more than three decades, Peggy has called St. Augustine her home. She relocated here following a successful 16-year career in the marketing and sales department at Delta Air Lines. The skills she honed in the corporate world seamlessly transitioned to her real estate career. Peggy has moved six times within St. Augustine, giving her an intimate knowledge of the area. Since 2006, she has been a resident of the Marsh Creek Country Club Community on Anastasia Island.

 

Peggy consistently ranks among St. Augustine's top agents, a testament to her dedication and expertise. Her leadership extends beyond real estate; she has held prominent positions in Rotary—where she initiated a new club during the COVID-19 pandemic—the Marsh Creek Women's Association, and various charitable organizations. Her faith, family, and K9 rescue efforts are top priorities, and she remains deeply involved in her church. Peggy's husband is a flight instructor, retired Navy officer, and Delta Air Lines pilot. Together, they share a passion for their community and charity work. Peggy specializes in managing complex logistical and emotional moves, leveraging her degree in family counseling with a focus on elder needs. Her clients often become friends first and family second, reflecting her commitment to personal and professional excellence.
