What's Brewing in St. Augustine This Week?

What's Brewing in St. Augustine This Week?

Did YOU Know?

“Build it and they will come”, they say.  It appears nothing could be more true in today’s St. Johns County Real Estate industry.  Each day, after feeding the dog, I stand at the bar with my laptop and first cup of coffee to read industry publications.  The National Association of Realtors, local Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, The Jacksonville Business Journal and the Daily Record are my “go to” for all things real estate news.  Other publications as time permits are related to politics, geopolitical situations and last but not least the local news.  Before I know it daylight is here, and Roxie and I are out the door for her walk and social time. It almost seems as though she is depressed if she doesn’t meet her friends along the way. (I digress).

Each week I post an update to what I learned the previous week so tune in regularly! Today’s post is all about the brew!

Dutch Bros. Coffee shop is coming to St. Johns County near the corner of Race Track Road and St. Johns Parkway. I’ve heard the brew is good from customers who live in the Palencia area.  Now Starbucks has competition just a hair north of the Palencia entrance.

Downtown St. Augustine has already welcomed several new coffee shops.  Just take a drive or stroll along King Street (east of US1) and you’ll have several to choose from.

If you are looking for a brew of a different kind you can find several to choose from in and around downtown St. Augustine.  Check out a new one that will open around March 13.  Hornski’s Brewing Co will open at 100 Anastasia Blvd.

OK that’s your dose of development for this 80 degree winter day of February 10, 2025.
